The documented current interface has a Backtest tab. Classic mode uses different panels; use your version’s execution and performance controls. Backtesting is not live automation.
Select symbol, timeframe, historical range and inputs. Review contract quantity, available cost and slippage assumptions, and record the setup.
Run the simulation and inspect trades, statistics, drawdown and errors. OHLC and tick-by-tick models differ; data and advanced features depend on your plan. Check availability before assuming access, then validate in supervised simulation.
